About this talk
Discover the often-overlooked connection between ADHD in women and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria.
Women with ADHD are often told they're “too sensitive” or “too emotional”. Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) reveals a deeper story — intense emotional pain in response to criticism or rejection that can profoundly shape women's relationships, careers and sense of self.
Dr Anneka Tomlinson offers an evidence-based exploration of RSD in women, unpacking its neurobiology, impact, and practical strategies for understanding and support.
