Who are these professional workshops for?
They are built for practitioners — counsellors, psychotherapists, ADHD and life coaches, clinical and counselling psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health nurses, OTs, nutritional therapists, SENDCos and allied-health professionals — who want to deepen their evidence base and top up CPD hours. They go a level beyond our public evening talks, with clinical framing and practical application you can take into client work.
Is a CPD certificate included?
Yes. Unlike our standard talks (where CPD is an optional add-on), every ticket to a For Professionals workshop bundles the CPD certificate in as standard. After the session we email a personalised PDF — with the speaker, topic, date and CPD hours — ready to log with bodies like the BACP, NCS, UKCP, BPS, HCPC and NMC under their self-directed CPD frameworks.
What if I can’t make the live session?
Every workshop is recorded, and a recording-only ticket is available if the live time doesn’t suit your clinic. You can also buy many of our past professional sessions as on-demand recordings — several of those bundle a free CPD certificate too.
How long are the workshops and how many CPD hours do they carry?
Most run for around two hours including live Q&A, logging roughly 2 CPD hours. The exact duration is shown on each event listing and printed on your certificate so you can record your hours accurately.
Seed Talks operates within a self-directed CPD framework, which is how most UK professional bodies expect members to log learning. Suitable for the overwhelming majority of practitioners — if your regulator requires pre-accredited training only, please check before booking.
