Your speaker: Dr Tom Nicholson

Dr Tom Nicholson is an Assistant Professor of Mental Health Nursing and a speaker, trainer and advocate for neurodiversity and ADHD. His PhD explores the lived experiences of parents whose children are undergoing ADHD assessment, following their changing stories from waiting list to diagnosis and beyond. Diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, he draws on his personal lived experience alongside his clinical and academic background to bring a multitude of perspectives to his work.
