About this talk
ADHD can shape how we experience work in ways that are often misunderstood, both by others and by ourselves. From struggling with focus in traditional environments to navigating expectations around productivity, communication and organisation, many challenges go unrecognised or unsupported.
This session explores the realities of ADHD in the workplace and practical ways to work with your brain rather than against it. You'll gain tools to manage common difficulties, identify and request reasonable adjustments, and communicate your needs with greater confidence, while building a more compassionate relationship with yourself at work.
